- Maintain separate checking, savings and other bank accounts for each Association
- Provide financial packets to the Board of Directors monthly
- Process assessments payments
- Document all payables and receivables
- Handle all account reconciliations and balancing
- Provide monthly collection and delinquency reporting
- Prepare yearly budgets
- Coordination of tax returns and filing
- Provide Audit assistance
